An American in Rome

  1. 1 oz Foro Amaro
  2. 1 oz Michter's US*1 Bourbon
  3. ¾ oz lemon juice
  4. ½ oz simple syrup (1:1)
  5. 1 slice of blood orange

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake. Strain into a double rocks glass, add crushed ice, and garnish with a slice of blood orange.

Mott & Mulberry

  1. 1 oz Foro Amaro
  2. 1 oz Michter's US*1 Rye
  3. ½ oz lemon juice
  4. ¼ oz cinnamon syrup
  5. ¾ oz apple cider

Combine all of the ingredients, shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with an apple fan.

Strawberry Fields

  1. 1 oz Foro Amaro
  2. 1 strawberry, muddled
  3. 1 egg white
  4. ¼ oz Campari
  5. ½ oz simple syrup (1:1)
  6. ¾ oz lemon juice
  7. ¾ oz aperol

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake. Strain into a coupe.

Mulberry Manhattan

  1. ¾ oz Foro Amaro
  2. 1 ½ oz Michter's US*1 Rye
  3. ½ oz Foro Rosso Vermouth Di Torino

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, strain into a coupe, and garnish with an orange slice.
